In order to be consistent with all my clients, please find below my "House Rules" for the provision of tuition:

-- Lesson booking --
a) Lessons are available on an Individual basis.
b) Lessons are available on a weekly, fortnightly, or ad-hoc basis.
d) If taken on a fortnightly basis you may end up sharing your time slot with another client. Please keep
this in mind when needing to change your lesson time.

-- Lesson Cancellation --
a) 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation.
b) If this notice is not given you will be charged for all of the standard fee.
c) If you are sharing a fortnightly time slot you will not be able to simply shift
your lesson to the next week, but will have to wait for your next allocated slot.

-- Payments --
a) My current rates are: 30 Minute Lesson £32, 45 Minute Lesson £47, 60 Minutes Lesson £60
b) These are subject to change, however you will be notified of any change in advance.
c) Payments are expected on the day of your lesson, before, or in accordance with the payment terms on your invoice.

d) Late payment charges will be incurred if payment is not made by 7 days after the due date.  This will be charged at 10% of invoice total. 

-- Term Time Tuition --
a) Available as 12 lessons or 6 lessons spread across a 14 week period.
b) You will be provided with a separate payment contract for each Term.
c) Your Monthly Payments will be detailed on the payment contract.
d) Automatic payments will be set up to ensure payments on time.

-- Additional Tuition --
a) To avoid professional conflict please provide notice if you are engaging in lesson or tuition elsewhere.

-- Communication --
a) All clients will be subscribed to the mailing list by agreeing to these terms and conditions.
b) You can unsubscribe at any time.
c) All communication details will be kept secure in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
